Terms Entered in Search Tools
A name, location, or other query entered into a search box is sent to the third-party provider that operates that tool. Henderson County Released Inmates does not store or log those search terms on its own systems. The provider’s policy controls its handling of the submitted query.

If you send an email or contact message, we retain the message and its contact details as needed to respond. We do not share the message outside our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
