This is a private reference site, not a government office. We cannot confirm custody, order a release, post bond, or retrieve an official record.

Official Henderson County Contacts

Choose the office by the record or custody system involved. A jail release entry, a court order, and a TDOC sentence record are held by different custodians.

TDOC Records and Central Office

Tennessee Department of Correction
Rachel Jackson Building
320 Sixth Avenue North
Nashville, TN 37243-0465
Central Office: (615) 741-1000
Records Management, 2nd Floor: (615) 253-8079

Use the TDOC archived-record request for a state release authorization, sentence computation, discharge record, or final movement that FOIL does not provide. Do not send payment until TDOC states the charge.

District 60 Community Supervision

TDOC District 60 Wildersville Office
16245 Highway 22 North
Wildersville, TN 38388
Phone: (731) 968-1696
Fax: (731) 967-5248

The Wildersville field office serves Henderson County probationers and parolees whose TDOC record or court order shows state supervision. It is not the records office for every person who leaves the county jail.

These additional routes cover other common release questions:

  • Use Home for the full named-person search and Henderson County release-record request path.
  • Use Parole / Probation to distinguish court probation, Board parole, and TDOC community supervision before contacting District 60.
  • Use Released Last 24 Hours when checking a recent county jail departure. Henderson County has no verified public recent-release feed, so the page begins with the sheriff fallback.
  • Use Inmate Release Date for Tennessee date fields, or VINELink Release Check for an alert. Tennessee VINE support is 888-868-4631.
  • Use the facility pages in the footer to choose among the county jail, TDOC placements, federal prisons, and the ICE detention network.
  • Use BOP Inmate Locator for a federal sentence. A released label confirms departure from BOP only, not from another custody system.
  • Use ICE Online Detainee Locator System for current or recent ICE custody. ICE says its public routing may include people released within the prior 60 days, but not every person appears.

No BOP institution, ICE detention center, or federal detention contract was established in Henderson County by the official sources reviewed.
